i came in yesterday to get a balayage of caramel highlights on my natural dark brown hair. i showed him a reference picture and he said he could do it. i asked for two small pieces in the front to be lighter then the rest and he agreed. When my hair came out i was BLONDE. my hair was not what i asked for at all. my mom called to tell them and my hairdresser blamed “tik tok” as the reason he made my hair blonde (referring to me asking for the money pieces in the front.) they agreed to let me come in the next day and he toned my hair to a better color. he then charged me $65 for just TONER! he said hairdressers see pictures differently and he was basically blaming me for the color that i first got because i asked for money pieces. the first charge was $285 and my dad tipped very generously. i’m very angry about being charged $65 for a simple tone and i was taken advantage of. never coming back to this salon
