Great barbershop, awesome barbers, good music,awesome barbershop, Bert did an amazing job on my haircut, all the other barbers are great also from the haircuts they did during my visit! Also felt really good about the COVID precautions they take, they were all wearing masks and all customers were wearing mask also! All barbers made sure to sanitize their tools and their stations! Overall the best experience I’ve had at a barbershop. That’s probably why they won best barbershop!

Even though my son was freaking out due to it being his first haircut Nathan was so great with him trying to comfort him and let him kow hes going to be ok. Mario’s new shop has a really good vibe and contemporary look to it. Everyone in Los Lunas knows and loves him. His shop is outfitted with many TVs, and for my experience have all the sports talk shows was great. His new barber Nate is really good as well, even from me I never let new barbers touch my hair because it’s hard to know if they will be good. I took that chance and was very impressed. Mario’s is definitely kid friendly as well so bringing your little one to get a good cut is no problem. I would definitely recommend Mario’s barber shop to anyone. Try it out!

I showed the barber the pattern of my twins hair and told him to leave it long and he listened to me and didn’t think he’ll do it his way as others have and my boys came out looking perfect! I am so happy they didn’t have to be shaven bald just because someone felt like they could do what they want! I took my boys here because they needed haircuts badly, I HATE getting them haircuts because it’s never done right due to the way their hair grows and the barbers at another shop would mess up and would have to shave them. I’ve known Mario personally for roughly 12 years now. Nate Chavez has been cutting mine and my oldest boys hair now for about 5 years. My 4 and 2 year old only like him to cut their hair. Both Mario & Nate are very clean, detailed, and passionate about their profession. Highly recommend this place for your next cut! They also offer discounts to Military, First Responders and Seniors!

Got a straight blade shave with the steam, hot towels, the works! I was extremely satisfied with Nathan’s professionalism and performance. He didn’t try to keep a conversation which allowed me to just relax and enjoy the experience! I will definitely be back! The price is extremely reasonable especially for the cut and the experience! Mario’s Barbershop is the best place to get your haircut in town. The owner Mario has been cutting hair for over 10 years and is a staple in the Los Lunas community. His new shop is clean and organized with a comfortable waiting area. Mario and his team can handle all types of haircuts and are also great with kids. I highly recommend going to Mario’s Barbershop if you want a great looking, professional cut. They are so good, I take the extra time to drive down from Albuquerque to get my hair cut. Give them a try and you won’t be dissapointed!

My one year old son hated his first hair cut experience. He fought and screamed and made me determined to never get his hair cut again. Until the little shagmonster came out and I couldn’t fight it anymore. It was time for round two… This time we took him to Mario’s and OMG! Nate did a freakin OUTSTANDING job with him! Nate was so good with my son and talked to him the whole time. My son sat perfectly still and didn’t make a peep! Not a single peep!!!! The cut came out fabulous and the experience was tear free for all of us. A clean place that made the wait worth it. Bottom line, we found our new barber!!!
