What a horrible manicure . Did not remove all the previous color. Went in with my nails being uniform in shape, but needing trimmed down some. They are not uniform in shape now & they are sharp. And underside is unfinished and rough. Several are rough along the outside edge. Did use enough nail polish/gel to cover nail and did not get close enough to cuticle, so it looks like they have grown out for a week. 3 days later, now one has broke. Ive attached pics that I took Saturday, less than 12 hours after getting manicure. Unbelievable

I gave it 5 stars because it’s very clean. The first time I went there I got the white tips. He didn’t thin them out, they were thick. When I went back to get a fill he thinned them out like thet were supposed to be. When I went back a few days ago on the sides you can see my real nails. Other nail shops they have me wash my hands he never tells me to wash them, I was sitting next to a woman I knew 2 weeks ago she called me up to ask me why he have me wash my hands, and why he didn’t massage the lotion in my hands like the woman who done her nails did. I am going to go to another nail tech to have her take the old set off put a new set on to see how it really should be done.

Went for gel manicure. They used regular polish. Looks bad the next day I went back. They put a clear coat on that was it. I went somewhere else and they took regular fingernail polish remover and the polish wiped right off. So I wasn’t given a Gel polish manicure but was definitely charged for a Gel polish manicure.

We were wanting to get Pedicures on Sunday at 3:05 as they say they are opened until 5. We pull up and almost get to the Door and a Lady literally fast walks over to the Door to lock it. I am not upset that they decided to close early, but she could have opened the Door and told us that instead of locking the door on us.
