Well one advice , this salon is an absolute joke and literally right now I am looking for a new salon to fix my hair . I came for a haircut , Lauren cut my hair which is completely uneven from everywhere , somewhere its long somewhere its short. She did not even use one drop of water (may be that resulted it all uneven shape), no hair wash and absolutely no sense of what to even do, she did not ask me what I want and just started cutting my hair .I had really long hair upto lower back and she made it till collar bone which I requested but now with the disaster already done , imagine my situation , how would I even fix it now . All I expected was salon to tell me that the stylist is not much experienced and also their website does not have her name listed. This was my first time here and I know I am never coming back . You just know if a person has any experience and I did not find her experienced enough. This salon is just taking appointments and bringing in some amateur to spoil you hair . Beware ! Beware !and beware ! Don’t go here if you need a hair cut. These salon must understand just to make money you can not spoil someone’s hair . If you don’t have experienced stylist please don’t give appointments . Worst experience ever !! Audacity of owner is asking me to come back and take my money . Not even an attempt to say I can fix your hair . I kept on telling him that it’s not about length and it’s about how my hair looks uneven . He says I have never had a complain for Lauren . Does not even want to consider the fact that I have had a terrible experience . Money is not what I needed back , I was expecting a response that I can take a look and try to fix it . Is that how you treat your customer . Worst experience ever

The salon is bright and cheery and BC (before COVID) used to offer a glass of wine on Wednesdays. Took my son to get his hair straightened (he has curly/wavy hair) after calling other salons around the area. They said it can be done. It was done! Michael was awesome!! He made it happen for my son. Great service by the team! My son wants to Michael to be his regular stylist from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently felt like “Queen For a Day” when I visited this Salon and had Michael M. color and cut my hair! My son was in town from his home in Sugar Hill, Georgia and had made an appointment with Michael M. for a haircut and color as a ‘treat’ for me!! I am a blonde but Michael M. suggested to his assistant to add a semi-permanent color and then cut my hair. The color he added to my hair enriched my own blonde hair color and it really “sparkled” when this was added. Michael M. then proceeded to take his time and style and cut my hair. He was so attentive and thoughtful. It was one of the best haircuts I have had in several years!! Later that day (Friday, July 5th) my son and I had lunch, shopped and visited friends and family and I received so many compliments!! I am not exaggerating when I say how pleased I was with the whole experience It was a hot, humid day but I felt I was so pampered by Michael M. and MarioMax Salon. I will surely recommend this Salon and Michael M. to other people, friends and family!! Overall, a truly great experience!
