Basi, her son, and Javier do a great job. The owner lady at the register needs a reality check. Stop putting novelas like its your own TV. Put something the customers want. She’s driving out a lot of clients with the way she is, and at times comes off very rude. Once I had a question, and she told me to wait as she was on a personal call. If this continues, or they lose 2 out of the 3 barbers I’ve mentioned, I’m gone after 22 years at this place.
