Critical: QualityVery friendly, but did a horrific job on my nails. The first set was horrible. The lady kept dropping the drill and she drilled into my skin. I was bleeding and my fingers were super sore. I came in and had the owner redo them, this took 2 hours and they still looked horrible. They are dented. Pant is all over the place parts of my nail not even panted.The nails are all different shapes and sizes. Acrylic is SUPER thick and way too much for my small fingers. Do not recommend. Very friendly, but did a horrific job on my nails. The first set was horrible. The lady kept dropping the drill and she drilled into my skin. I was bleeding and my fingers were super sore. I came in and had the owner redo them, this took 2 hours and they still looked horrible. They are dented. Pant is all over the place parts of my nail not even panted.The nails are all different shapes and sizes. Acrylic is SUPER thick and way too much for my small fingers. Do not recommend. Great place if you are looking for an infection and a very painful experience.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came here as a visitor because I had been getting my nails done out of state. I had one nail broken and just needed it fixed with dip powder. I knoew they would not have my color in red but atleast have the a good technique and use a close color!! well the lady applied the dip powder wrong and smeared it then tried to use the application brush to flatten it.. then put acrylic over the top of the dip and square shaped it. I asked her could she atleast just make it rounder. Then, a older lady came to tell me that i just needed to go back where i came from.. then i explained im not from here after she yelled and interrupted me. then she told me my nail was gonna cost $10.00. I paid 10.00 for a square tip nail (my others are almond) bubbles in the polish, poor service, and told i had to go back where i cane from!! i do no recommend!! not sure if it was because i was AFA and the area is primarily white? but as a RN that helps others during the pandemic that did not want my broken nail to break my sterile field to help people like her.. im just appalled!!! I came here as a visitor because I had been getting my nails done out of state. I had one nail broken and just needed it fixed with dip powder. My 10 year old sister could have done better, so I called them they offered to fix for free went in the second time and the lady cut my fingers up SO bad. A few days later my pinky finger was super sore so I popped the nail off to find a cut the was infected, it was oozing green and swollen. The next day a few more fingers started hurting badly so I ended up taking all my nails off to find I had 7 infected fingers. I have tried to call this place EVERYDAY since and they will not return my call! DO NOT GO HERE!If I could mark this place a 0 star business I would. My 10 year old sister could have done better, so I called them they offered to fix for free went in the second time and the lady cut my fingers up SO bad. A few days later my pinky finger was super sore so I popped the nail off to find a cut the was infected, it was oozing green and swollen.
