I think this salon is under new ownership so I would advise others to disregard the older reviews. My experience here recently has been really great! I’ve gotten gels a few times in the past 2 months and they last a full two weeks without chipping, (which is more than I can say for other gel manicures in this area). The people who work here are really nice and pay careful attention to what they’re doing. My nails right now look pretty darn perfect. Prices are very reasonable and the shop is modern and clean. I’m happy to have found a such a great salon so close to my house! Go to taqueria chihuahua next door when you’re done to complete your pamper shesh 😉

Critical: QualityI knew from the ratings I was taking a chance. I should have known better. Walking out my nails were uneven, different lengths, super thin, and painted differently. Within 4 days, 2 nails already broke. I’ve been wearing nails for 20 years! Never have I looked down and realized somehow tips fell off! I paid $55 for a full set. Within 4 days, 2 nails already broke. I’ve been wearing nails for 20 years! Never have I looked down and realized somehow tips fell off! I paid $55 for a full set. It’s a great nail place nice and clean and neat Hannah did my nails and she does a perfect job they look beautiful. And they are reasonable and every time you go you get a little stamp and after 10 stamps you get $10 off. Give it a try you’ll love it!

The place was really nice and clean. The people were all nice too. me and my husband went and this was his first time getting a Mani pedi, and he loved it. We got the spa treatment which was really relaxing and they did a good job painting my nails. If I lived in the area, this would be my main spot to go to, had a great experience.

I was a walk-in and actually arrived as they opened, so the full staff had not arrived yet. The lady who had opened the shop didn’t want me to have to wait, so she dropped her regular opening work to get started on me. She was very sweet. I as handed off to the regular staff once they came in and they were very nice as well. There are fewer stations than at other places I’ve been to with more foot traffic. I like that. The place was very clean and they were efficient and I was treated well. I will definitely go back.

Hands down the WORST manicure and pedicure experience of my life . Very sweet women but not worth the prices. No prices listed and it seems as though they make it up when you walk it depending on your appearance. Cut my nails down to NOTHING when I was talking to someone and not paying attention. Didn’t ask the shape or size I wanted. Didn’t massage arms or hands. Also became very frustrated when I said that the color in the bottle wasn’t the same as the color on the sample nail so I wanted to change (I selected a nude and she had a bottle of dark brown – not the same). Then when she flat out asked me “what are you giving me for tip?” And after all of that – the “gel” polish lasted 48 hours. I would never go back. Save yourself the money and go somewhere…. anywhere else.

I live at the Marina City Club and this new salon was exciting to me because it’s within walking distance and it looked clean. I was so disappointed in the terrible manicure. I went back the next day to show the manager how the nail polish didn’t go to the ends of my nails and how bad the job was. She said to come back in a week and she would fix it. So I went back and she wanted to charge me saying that they looked fine to her. But the truth is the day after my manicure it looked like I needed to have a fill. So, I am warning all the residents in the marina to beware of this Q Nail Spa as they seem shady and do a terrible job.
