This business apparently has outdated prices on their website. At my appointment I informed her I wanted partial highlights, which is stated as $45 on their website. I only wanted a small amount. She says this price is outdated and is really $69. There were no apologies and she refused to honor her website’s price. She basically just told me it’s outdated and bluntly said this is the new price. Technically it is illegal for a business to list different prices within their media … be it a paper or website. As such, most businesses would do the right thing and honor the price I saw and used to make my decision to go there. I had no idea the price was different until I asked her to confirm. She was rude and talked about herself the entire time. Salon as unorganized and dusty. This is a far cry from a spa.
