First time visiting. I called to see if i come come the same day for an appointment. Mary confirmed the appointment, had me send a picture of the style and phoned back with a price. When i arrived, i waited about 20 minutes. The place was clean and the workers were friendly. After completing the back, they confirmed the style again. They completed a few braids and had me approve. However, before i could approve, the owner said, no it was not like the picture. The braids needed to be smaller. The stylist took braids out and rebraided. No attitudes or speaking a their language when it was not approved. It was truly a pleasant experience. I will definitely return.

My sisters and I have been going here for years and every time I go I love the service. The workers there are kind and caring. They make sure you are satisfied its not always about the money at Marie’s Hair Braiding. If anybody disliked them its probably because they came in with an attitude. I don’t see why anybody would not be satisfied with their service.

I texted her a picture of how I wanted my hair and its no way near how I wanted it. I got my hair done last Thursday and I’ve already taken down two braids because they were so tight that the bumps have formed and my scalp is itching. I feel like I was over charged because the length I have looks like the $150 length instead of the $180 length. I gave two stars because they were on time but I’m disappointed in my hair and I pray that I don’t have to take it down it hasn’t been a week yet and it’s frizzy due to the tightness and me trying to relive the pressure off my scalp.

Great experience. She confirmed the style with me before starting, and had me check it throughout the process to make sure it was satisfactory. She also checked with me to see how much of my edges I wanted out instead of going all the way to the hairline. Pricing is very fair. I got mid back length twists and was out in less than 4 hours, with two people working on me at once.

Poor Customer service. Charge Extra For Any Little Extra Request. Also Not Very Welcoming. I never had a bad experience with braids I never lost hair from braids. I have had two braids come out pulling my hair out from the root. Braids were extremely tight was in pain for at least two weeks.

Customer service was great! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair & she did it just like that…it was actually 2 women braiding my hair which made it even faster. My braids are so pretty and neat I will most definitely be going back to them in the future #teambobbraids

I’m done with this place. The person who was to do my braids has made me late for appointments twice now. But really sets it off is there were 2 other braiders in the shop but they had me waiting for this one lady who is always late and distracted by her child. Don’t waste your time here because the workers clearly do not value your time.
