Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWorst service ever. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a silk press and trim. I booked it for 10am so I could get in and out. I get there, and the lady already had two clients with DREADS that she was working on. She told me it would be a minute, and I didn’t mind it at all. I told her it was okay, and that I could just wait. Now keep in mind, she was the only stylist in there and was working on two people at once… I sat in there for an hour, and she told me I could come back around 1pm or she would call me when she was ready. Never received a phone call or text and it was past 1pm. I go back up there, and she tells me it will still be a minute. I told her that was okay. HOWEVER, when I look around I see that the clients from earlier were gone and that she took in 4 OTHER CLIENTS. I wait another 20 minutes, and then I decided I had enough. Whole thing was very unprofessional and very understaffed. What’s the point of making an appointment if the client has to wait 4 hours after their scheduled time?Worst service ever.
