Wasn’t my first time getting a wax but had been a minute and I can see they made the experience wonderful. I hate changing people when I know they can do a wonderful job but my original kept moving further and further on the other side of Houston. I took the chance and tried somewhere new that bonus happened to be right by my house. The environment was so relaxing and we were laughing and telling stories like we knew each other for years. If you’re looking for somewhere new to go or try it new for the first time definitely come here!!!

I hadn’t had a wax professionally in over a year and was kinda nervous after it being so long. But she was very sweet and professional and it didn’t hurt at all. That was my concern. I have found my new wax person and will be coming back!

Beware, she’ll redeem both of your Groupons on the first visit, and you’ll have to come back for the second visit, i instead of redeeming on the second. She’ll charge you a fee if you don’t come. I had two situations beyond my control, one of them being in the hospital for a week. She waived the first situation, but when I was hospitalized and had no way offer reaching, she didn’t care. It took her weeks to respond my texts and emails, when she finally did, it was a long copy of her rules and regulations. I had to contact Groupon and they gave me a credit for the original Groupon price.

I went in discouraged because I had already failed my test due to outdated testing criteria I was using. She not only worked with me, going over each step of the exam to be sure I was doing the proper techniques, but encouraged me all the way up until literally the minute before I went in to take my test.
