I entered the salon and the owner and another sylist looked up from her computer, glanced at me then looked back down and said “can I help you?” No eye contact whatsoever. I said I was hoping they could take me as a walk in for a quick trim. She responded “Oh no, we don’t do that. You’ll need an appointment”. Then looked back down at her computer. The woman didn’t even offer to make me an appointment whatsoever. You just lost a client. So incredibly rude.

Came here for a 60 minute facial that I had purchased through Groupon, and it was definitely one of the best I’ve had. The scalp and neck massage were incredible and so relaxing. My face and skin felt supple and fresh afterwards. Amanda was excellent at what she does, and the salon was very clean and upscale. I hope to be back — had a wonderful experience.

I had Irina for color and highlights and she did an exceptional job. But the best part of the whole experience was when she washed my hair. She massage my head it made me feel so relaxed I almost fell sleep. The best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful, professional salon! My stylist, Kellsey, was phenomenal!! She fixed my hair color from a bad highlight at another salon and nailed it!! Had a haircut from melissa..awesome job. I highly recommend her for hair cut seriously. She did an amazing job as I have really long hair and she gave me a new refresh look by setting them in long layers. She is super friendly and give real piece of good advice about hair color and products. Salon is super cool. Looking fwd to set up more appointments with her.

Melissa does amazing work with my hair and is always great to converse with. They do so much more than just wash, dry, and cut your hair. The small added touches, like the hot towel after the wash, are definitely worth every penny.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had to wait over a month to be seen to come and find out the day of, that they had scheduled my appointment wrong! I wanted a balayage and the hair stylist said she did not have enough time to do this when I had called specifically telling them what I wanted they should have scheduled accordingly. She told me I would have to reschedule but I had taken the day off of work just to get my hair done which I had scheduled over a month ago. I wanted my hair done and she assured me that she would get it close to what I wanted by doing some highlights, which they turned out terrible with a brassy gold tone it felt she was rushing throughout the whole process and to top it off she did not even dry and style my hair afterwards she said I do not have time to dry or style your hair. She just dried some strands of hair so I could see how it turned out which of course this would not give me a full view of my hair! When I got home I dried it and see horrible spots of brassy gold strands of hair. I had a horrible experience overall I felt like I was not valued as a customer they did not care at all.
