Critical: Professionalism, QualityMaricopa Wellness Center was not a good fit for me. I spent a lot of money to feel awful which is extremely frustrating. In only 3 months, I literally threw almost $2000 in the trash to gain a bunch of hormonal symptoms that I didn’t have before I started there. I was not medically treated appropriately for someone who has no ovaries and doesn’t produce hormones naturally. I feel this business is more focused on the money they bring in versus the doctor patient relationship. I’ve called in tears multiple times over the last few months regarding the new symptoms and I got no support. Not even a call back checking in to see how I feel. What happened to me is not fair and I shouldn’t have had to go through all this these last few months. I even had a hard time requesting my medical records and one of the receptionists was challenging me on what she would give me. I referred to HIPAA and of course then copies were made. When I picked up the copies Kristina wouldn’t even look at me or ask how I’ve been feeling. It’s really sad and I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone. I’ve gained sleeping problems that I never had, I’m exhausted all the time, on top of other hormone related symptoms. Maricopa Wellness Center was not a good fit for me. I spent a lot of money to feel awful which is extremely frustrating. In only 3 months, I literally threw almost $2000 in the trash to gain a bunch of hormonal symptoms that I didn’t have before I started there. I have been driving into central Phoenix for the last 5 years to have my botox and injections done and decided to give MWC a try instead to support a local business, and I am SO HAPPY I did! Not only are my results better than they ever have been, but Kristina is also helping me balance my hormones. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything so well that you leave feeling confident knowing you’re getting the best treatment hands down. I will be going here from now on for everything from chemical peels to injections, to supplements and hormone therapy. The rest of the staff is just as amazing as Kristina too!
