Complete waste of my time. Booked a 5pm appointment 3 weeks in advance for a vibrant color because they said they could do it, despite my double checking about finishing late. Then the day of the appointment, they call me twice and text me at work to come in earlier. Then I get there as early as I can after work (30 minutes early) and the stylist Bailey literally spends 40 minutes trying to talk me out of getting my hair done because ultimately “I don’t want us to be here until 10 pm.” I was even willing to pay her exorbitant $500-800 fees. She made about a hundred different excuses for why she couldn’t do my hair, especially the number of foils it was going to take and how long it would take (eye roll). I’m not a novice when it comes to hair coloring, but she seems to be. In sum — LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND UNSKILLED.
