This is a Cicero hidden gem. As usual a great experience! Always call ahead since appointments are preferred. I got lucky enough to get fit in with the owner same day. I love getting my hair cut for myself and my kiddos here!

I called to see what time they close. Then show up waited for about good 15 minutes just told her told you need an appointment. Not one time the two hairstylist said anything about needing any appointments. The receptionist said we needed appointments and they didn’t have any for today. Even after sitting for 15 minutes and calling. Waste of time and unprofessional!

I called in and they said that normally they go by appointments due to each employee booking accordingly for each client. Luckily a woman named Tressa had some down time and she was so kind to take me in. Gave me the exact hairstyle that I wanted. I felt very welcomed at this salon and they have reasonable prices.

Found one of the stylists Adeline through instagram. And now im happy to call her my go to hair colorist! If you have dark hair she will lighten it up!!. Adeline is experienced in working with dark and ethnic textured hair she is super sweet and takes care of your hair needs every time. Booking is super easy and convenient if you DM her through her instagram. Cant beat prices either she does awesome work for a great price. All the stylists there seem like they do a good job. Highly recommend!

It was my 1st time there as an emergency. I went for a hair cut. A simple v-hair cut with layers. The lady cut more on one side than the other. The back does not look like a V-cut at all. You could see an upside-down U-cut and shorter on one side. The layers looks like stairs and they were really marked. When doing layers you should not see big chunks of hair where it was cut. It’s not the first time a get this hair cut so I know somethings. Not going back.

Went in with my wife for us both to have a haircut. The lady that cut our hair was not listening to our request. I wanted 2 inches past my ear to keep my hair long. She cut above the ends of my ear. The cut was about 7 minutes and didn’t finish parts of my hair and did no sort of touch up, and didn’t even show me the back of my head. My wife requested a certain style that’s she found online. The cut was also unfinished and rushed. My wife was crying at night and my hair looks awful. We called and Maria herself fixed my wife’s hair which I appreciate. I got a refund for my hair but my hair still looks awful like a untrained person attempted to cut hair. I love my long hair so this has made me very sad, I did not want short hair that looks unfinished. I wanted a full refund but willing to pay tip which they refused. We will not come back and I would say do not go here if they hire people that do not care of what they are doing.

Went on a Tuesday at about 5pm and it was super busy. They were able to accommodate my daughter very quickly and she loved her cut. She really listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with it. Will be going back for my cut soon! P.s. a lot of the ladies were getting their hair dyed and they all looked amazing!

My mom and I have been coming here for years. Great service, always friendly and accommodating. Offer coffee and or drinks. On some occasions they’ve even ordered food for us, as some processes can take several hours. Very clean and professional. Love it there!
