My mom’s hair was done to how she wanted but the hairdresser did poke her a few times. My hair was not done to how I wanted, I wanted softer curls with some volume on the front so my hair wouldn’t fall in front of my face; I just got curls that I could have done myself, didn’t look bad just not what I expected. My hairdresser kept hitting me with the curling iron well bumping it into me. I saw a lady get burned on the shoulder and their tools had a lot of build up of product. They were chatty to the point that they are not giving you their 100% attention.
