They took me in and fixed my less than stellar at home bleached hair! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Maria personally helped my hairdresser Cecilia pick out the perfect color and cut. There was even a very sweet woman that helped translate for us

my hair is never going to be the same! I got my hair done here by a women who clearly needs training and is very unprofessional! I asked for layers and oh my goodness may god bless my heart, my hair looked like a 3 years old cut it. Clearly I paid for there service because I’m a respectable women but I will not continue my service with them

Place closed at 8, 2 people ahead of me when I arrived at 7 30ish. She was so nice and I so greatful she was still able to see me. Hair cut was clean and price was reasonable. It can be tough to find someone who does clean fades outside a barbershop. She did a great job. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I WENT WITH MY2 KIDS FOR CUT/COLOR.THERE WAS ONLY 1 FEMALE EMPLOYEE & SHE WAS SITTING THERE ON HER PHONE LOOKING BORED AF. SHE DID NOT KNOW ANY ENGLISH TO GREET US PROPERLY OR HOW TO ASK US WHAT SERVICES WE NEEDED. THANK GOODNESS’ I KNOW BOTH LANGUAGES( Spanish&English) , SO I INFORMED HER WHAT WE WERE NEEDING. THEN, SHE BEGAN TO TEXT SOMEONE . THEN AFTER AWKWARD MINUTES WENT BY, SHE SAID IT’LL BE A 15MIN WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE CAN COME HELP US( no customers were inside and no hairdresser available? Why is she there if she can’t cut hair, I thought to myself?!) SO, MY GIRLS AND I WAITED PATIENTLY FOR OVER 30MINS. WE EVEN USED THEIR DIRTY RESTROOM & WAITED OUTSIDE JUST TO AVOID THE AWKWARDNESS IN THAT EMPTY SALON. THAT FAT&LAZY EMPLOYEE DIDN’T EVEN OFFER US WATER OR GIVE US AN UPDATE ON THE WAIT. I DECIDED TO TELL HER WE HAD TO RUN AN ERRAND AND LEFT. (!fue una experiencia horrible.
