DON’T DO IT!! I tried them twice just to see if it was the braider… no both of them. They just braid and have no integrity. How about all my cornrow braids were different sizes and the parting was crooked. Some braids were slanted and some were straight. Can I just say… OMG!! No way I will be going back. When you say flat braids to the scalp why they still doing big jumbo braids. They just want to make some money, no integrity about their work!! PERIODT!!

Overly priced, money hungry, very unprofessional, unsanitary run down shop. They will take your money without a care. No quality service, they will lie and act like they can do a style and it doesn’t come out the way you agreed upon. They will blame it on your hair instead of being honest. Your hair will look old as if you had the style for two weeks. They use cheap braiding hair. Beware of this shop and the unprofessional workers. Don’t waste your time or money. They’re are better braid shops out charging the same prices as them with quality work!

It is always a pleasure going here. I am extremely satisfied with the ending results. They are quick and efficient and always friendly. I never have s problem with a professional and clean look. I always tip big when I deal with them because their prices are reasonable and quality exquisite. Overall a great experience every time!

Terrible customer service. My wife was getting her hair done there, and I stopped by to bring cash for the payment. The employees didn’t even speak to me as I came in the door. They just looked at me as a approached my wife, while continuing to hold their own conversation in a language I couldn’t understand. Don’t get me wrong; I am not critical of people speaking in their native language. But when you run a business, the customer should be the center of your attention. You should greet that customer, regardless of language barriers or preferences. If I was actually coming there to get my hair done, they would have immediately lost my service. I don’t recommend any one be a patron of this establishment.

Terrible customer service by the staff (excluding Mariama) when customers come in and tell them what hairstyle they desire the staff quickly interject and have the audacity to tell the customer “Why don’t you get this instead, why don’t you try this color”? I almost had to walk out on the lady who was doing my hair although she was halfway through. She was rude, unnecessarily loud and obnoxious. She was heavy handed, braiding my hair like a Savage who doesn’t know her own strength despite the 100th time I had to tell her she was using too much force. There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom when I asked for some she had the nerves to ask me if I was ok and can I wait. Wait for what? I’ve been at the shop 5 hours I just used the bathroom and I need to wipe so stop asking all these dumb ass questions. Pls if you can support another establishment that’s actually there to service the community and not just come, take our money and offer us subpar service, go ahead and do so. It’s not worth coming here, I’ll never do it again.
