No one ever answers the phone and appointments are made through text. It’s very strange. Office was nice and staff was friendly, but my Dysport was not administered properly (only done around perimeter of forehead) and my eyebrows dropped. Despite having a conversation with the doctor that did it about what I had always been told, she stated that you do not have to do Dysport in other areas and that decision she made resulted in exactly what I was told would happen. After not being able to find a time to come in (thru text msg) because the doctor apparently sees patients on the other side of their office, I went to another provider to ‘fix’ their work.
