I love Maria! She is very fast and her threading and waxing do not hurt like other places. It is best to call and schedule an appointment if you don’t want to wait but you can definitely walk in.

I just had a shockingly bad experience just now as I saw an advertisement for a haircut and blow dry special prominently advertised in their salon and clearly stated that this was the special I would like to book. I took a photograph of this banner as well. This review is not about the service which was fine but about management. The management charged the full price, when I was surprised and mentioned that this was a special, she claimed it was old (then why is it up there and why did the staff do the service when I mentioned the special) was aware that the sign was displayed and REFUSED to return payment. I was stunned… After I got home, I felt even more upset, called to speak with the owner after being encouraged by my daughter who thought the owner would take care of me, I shared how disappointed and upset I was, expecting a professional response, instead Maria, the owner, showed no care or concern. I am stunned at just how management handles their loyal customers. This is fraudulent advertising and a great way to lose customers. I have gone there several times but never again. There are too many competitor salons for this attitude to exist.
