Today, the nail tech encouraged me to try SLS. I believe that is what it’s called. My nails look natural and are beautiful. The staff kind and very friendly. They took me in at the 11th hour and did a great job. We were passing through to Miami and sto I appreciate their work and recommend Maria’s Nails.

Went to get some nails removed that I had done for a wedding. I waited my turn approximately 30 minutes which was expected. She removed most of the gel and said I was done. My nails were rough and looked horrible. I asked was she not going to shape them, like a manicure? Told me to come back later, they were getting too busy. I left and went somewhere else since they were “too busy” to finish the job I had requested in the first place. Will not use them again.

Well if anyone really needs an appointment here I suggest to spell the day you want the appointment for because they put the day they want and when you come to your appointment on the day you ask for you don’t have it because they put u on another day. I have wasted my time coming over here for nothing.

Staff/technicians are friendly and professional. Location is clean, and they do good work. First time: I had my eyebrows done. Second time: pedi, and I brought my 10 year old daughter for a bday mani & pedi. Tech was very kind and patient with her. This is my third time and I got the SNS manicure, love it! I brought my husband for a pedicure he enjoyed his first pedi!

If I could I would definitely give them a 0 rating. Paid $60 for my daughter to get her gel pedicure and manicure done and the next day they literally peeled right off since they painted her skin without cleaning it properly. Came to get them redone and they told me it was normal for that to happen. SERIOUSLY??? Then they told us they were too busy and asked for us to come back at a later time. No refund was given and I will definitely NEVER come to this place again. Unacceptable customer service and obviously a horrible job done!

I called and made an appointment the day before for 3 mani pedi for 11am. The lady took my name and number. We arrived 10 minutes early when we were greeted I stated we had an appointment. We waited over 25 minutes before any services were done. They continued to take walk in while my daughter and I waited. I’m disappointed on how we were treated and our service.
