I came in for a balayage and hair trim I was originally very upset with both…I will say the owner maria was phenomenal she had me back in and completely fixed my hair and let me get highlights instead. This was by far one of the best highlights I have ever seen and definitely the best I have ever gotten! As I said I originally left the salon upset and she was right from the beginning, I should have have gotten highlights from the beginning! She’s very great hairstylist and really does what’s best for her clients! She graciously fixed my hair to make it what I wanted I really appreciated all her extra time and thoughtful when it came to my hair

I had a facial here and I enjoyed it so much! I already made an appointment to go back! It looks more like a salon when you walk in but in the separate room is so quite, clean, and comforting. They have the spa music on and the lights are dim. They use PCA products and massage your neck, shoulders, top of your back, arms, hands, legs and feet. It’s so relaxing in addition to the facial. Very professional and I would recommend checking them out!

My wife Bev went here and. Since Cinncia fixed her hair, she’s now in the right place for her to style. She’s asked me everyday how do I like her hair.. before she met cinsia, she would be embarrassed to go anywhere and kind of hiding herself from the mess other stylist did on her. Thank you cincia, and my wife hasn’t been this happy in a long time. You nailed the color.. keep her blondes and reds coming. I can tell you that she just thinks the world of you.

I’ve been to this salon twice and had no problems the first time around. I received a trim from Marie who is wonderful and left with my hair looking better than it did when I walked in. My second visit however was disappointing and expensive to say the least. I paid for a lash & brow tint along with a lash lift. My eyelashes look darker which is nice and my eyebrows look good too. My largest problem is with the lash lift I received. My eyelashes weren’t lifted. I left the salon after getting a lash lift that didn’t lift my lashes. I wish the woman doing them would have just admitted that she was inexperienced and didn’t know how to work on smaller eyes. She falsely told me that my eyelashes hadn’t lifted yet because they were wet but when they dried, they would be lifted. That never happened lol. I paid $90. Their website mentioned a brow & lash tint being $45 and their lash lift price wasn’t listed online. Now I know better than to get a lash lift again or at least avoid this location for that specific service. Time to try lash extensions!

Maria Francesco Salon is the best Salon that I and my 17 year old daughter has ever been too. The minute you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel welcomed all of the staff were FANTASTIC to us!!! My daughter had her hair cut by Cincia she is, I can not even describe it just so good!!! She took the time and explain what she was going to do ( my daughter has very curly at times unmanageable hair) and to make sure with both of us that it was ok. She also told what products to buy, and she wasn’t telling us to get hers just to make a profit she was telling us what ones that would work with my daughters!! I just can not say enough good things about Maria Francesco Salon it is one of a kind!!!

This information is all FALSE. We strive to be the best at what we do. We have over 20+ years in this industry and have excelled in professional customer satisfaction.
