It was my first time today, me and my daughter got pedicure here! I had great experience! The pedicure was so detailed, even my daughter got extra design on her big toe the eyebrow waxing was fast and perfect! I love this place ❤️

For starters, I just left this place. Horrible customer service. Lady did my nails gel manicure $30. I gave her my card, 1. She didn’t ask me if it was debit or credit so she ran my card twice and it did not go through. THEN she asks me if it’s a credit or debit. I tell her debit and that I have money in my card about $50 (I didn’t give the exact amount since it’s not their business) I had over $70 in my account if I’m being honest. So she asks for my pin and it doesn’t go through. I found it weird so she informed me that if I do it again it will be “canceled” like any other human being, hearing canceled just means your card won’t go through NOT that it will get charged. So it finally went through just for me to find out that they took out $32 The TWO times I put in my pin. She knew this would happen and all she told me was it would just get canceled. Not that I may or may not get charged. I recorded the situation since it was just so unprofessional. She knew this would happen as she told me it happened to her after the 3RD time running her card. She ran my card 4 TIMES! Why couldn’t you tell me after the 3rd time that I WILL get charged same way YOU got charged?? Does not make any sense why you wouldn’t tell that to your paying customer. The whole time we’re having this discussion, she never once apologized, she was in the wrong from the start by not even asking me what card I got (debit or credit). Never will be returning and if they have a speaking issue, I recommend hiring someone who knows how to communicate professionally with their clients.

I just got eyebrows done. The person doing them obviously didn’t really know what she was doing. Also, when trying to explain my concerns there was no one who understood English fluently. If the clientele are bilingual there should be someone in the salon who speaks the language of the clientele. Highly frustrated!!!

Thank goodness I visited Nail House for mani and pedi! I was in rush to get them done from Other Place without appt, which they made me wait 1HR! But I was in rush, so when I found this place, they had opening for me and they gave me such an amazing service with massage for mani and pedi and it’s been one week when I got them done, but it’s still looking great, which it made me take my time to post review about it. Taking my mom next time I visit!

I was just there on 6/15/13. I am new to the area and drove by the location and noticed they had a special mani/pedi $20…so I decided to try it out with my boyfriend. There was also a help wanted sign, but I didn’t know the sign was for 6 employees! there was 3 employees total with the owner included on a Saturday! Service was def slow, but patrons were patient.The service was a 3 from 1-5, when I was prompted to pay the owner tells me the total is $50! When I asked why was the total $10 more than what was advertised, the owner tells me that men are $30! I told her, her sign does not specify gender. The owner proceeded to repeat herself as if she didn’t understand English!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!
