I accompanied my 85 year old aunt who has dementia to have her hair done and the team at Marcucc could NOT have been more caring, accommodating, reassuring and patient. From booking the appointment, (it took several attempts to get her actually to go in) To allowing me to accompany her to each station, to patiently waiting for her to feel comfortable enough to lean her head back to be washed, to the gentle shampoo and head massage that allowed her to relax, to the final product. My aunt looked in the mirror and smiled!!!! I look forward to weekly visits with her. Thank you all !!!I have to share the most incredibly caring visit I experienced today. I have to share the most incredibly caring visit I experienced today. I accompanied my 85 year old aunt who has dementia to have her hair done and the team at Marcucc could NOT have been more caring, accommodating, reassuring and patient. Hey so I was visiting a friend out there so I went to this place in need of a wash color and blow out got there at 11:15am walk in say hello while standing there for like a few minutes a young woman walk up to me so I said to her Hi and stated what I would like to get done she responded with her head down right now we’re busy ok so I said how long I have to wait she just said we can’t take anyone at this time, but their was only one person sitting in the chair,when I walk in the said person was sitting with another individual talking come on this is 2022 if you didn’t want to do my hair or a certain types of hair not even deserving 1 star
