This is one of the best nail salons I have been to. The locale is clean and the staff is quick and efficient in their work, and they are nice and greet you as you walk in. You should at least have an idea of what you want before you walk in; not so much because they rush you but that they are that efficient! My 11 year old daughter enjoyed her gel manicure; the staff works with young children, but make sure that they are calm and willing to sit through the ordeal. I’ll be sure to update how long the manicure lasts, but so far I am pleased!

The customer service was great, super friendly and nice. As for my nails they were great too, I asked for gems and a heart design but instead she gave me 2 lines, during the buffing of the nails she stabbed me twice while buffing. I did get my nails longer than usual so that hurt very bad. She was very rough, burning when she got the machine on my nail. No more than 2 weeks later I had to remove my nails at a different shop because some type of fungus had developed. The tools were most likely dirty because that has never happened to me before.

The nail tech was really nice and the prices were good. However … I left with my nails COVERED with residue and my cuticles burning and bleeding. I don’t get my nails done often, but I do know that having all these little cuts on my cuticle line is NOT normal. I can’t say that I’d come back. The price is not worth losing a finger (or two) to an infection. I just got home and I am about to slap a thick dose of antibiotic cream on my fingers.

I’ve been going here since the age of 16 and now I’m 38 years old let me tell you I’ve been to other salons here in Redlands they do not do it great job as much as sharing Sharon’s always open to new ideas on your nails and she makes you feel so comfortableSo I highly recommend her my daughters also come here now
