Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo long story short I have 3 kids I never do anything for myself. I finally decided one day I wanted my nails done being in the area for just a year I don’t know anyone so I went down the list Marcie was the only one who answered and had an opening. I told her to do whatever I don’t normally get gel because they never stay………. well it’s been a week and they are as strong as the day I had them done and I’ll tell you I’m as rough as they get when it comes to nails they are my tools lol. Marcie is super sweet! Clean! And fun to spend the time with. So long story short I have 3 kids I never do anything for myself. I finally decided one day I wanted my nails done being in the area for just a year I don’t know anyone so I went down the list Marcie was the only one who answered and had an opening. I told her to do whatever I don’t normally get gel because they never stay………. well it’s been a week and they are as strong as the day I had them done and I’ll tell you I’m as rough as they get when it comes to nails they are my tools lol. Critical: Quality, ValueIf we could give this business ZERO stars we would. After searching for a nail salon with availability, we resorted to booking Marcie’s nail lab. Unfortunately it was the worst and most costly nail experience we’ve ever had. $200 later, what my mother in law, nieces and daughter experienced was disappointing & painful. Marcie, started with my nephews girlfriend. Her nails came out chunky, crooked, poorly polished and just horrendous work. Next up was my daughter, who started crying after she was done. Following was my nieces, her nails look like a 3 yr old did them. These nails are so bad that we now have to pay to fix them. I don’t post bad reviews – hardly ever! but I needed to post this in order to prevent anyone else from this having this same experience. my suggestion would be for Marcie to study and practice her craft more. nails should be clean and smooth, also when doing house calls you can’t forget things like a buffer and drill.Services: Acrylic nails, Gel manicures, Nail artIf we could give this business ZERO stars we would. If we could give this business ZERO stars we would. After searching for a nail salon with availability, we resorted to booking Marcie’s nail lab. Unfortunately it was the worst and most costly nail experience we’ve ever had. $200 later, what my mother in law, nieces and daughter experienced was disappointing & painful. I very much enjoyed the one chair salon as last time I had my nails done at a different place, there were 6 customers and 4 employees! Given covid-19, I was not very comfortable as I asked specific questions regarding safeguards and it was not at all what I was told. I was very comfortable at Marcies. Now back to the reason I went… My nails! She did a great job! I will be going back to her for sure! The best part? I got a seahorse, an octopus and a jellyfish on my nails :-)! If you want to feel safe and comfortable regarding covid,, get a great set of nails and maybe even some amazing sea creature stamps…… Go see Marcie. Marcie’s Nail Lab is a great little comfortable salon in her home. Marcie is funny, smart and knows her nails! I very much enjoyed the one chair salon as last time I had my nails done at a different place, there were 6 customers and 4 employees! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei was very disappointed in my nails. she did not do my cuticles and left them in pain. my nails are crooked and bumpy, the design is practically wrong and sloppy. i had 3 other friends/family get their nails done too and they are horrible. overall do not recommend.Service: Acrylic nails
