Marcia has been my stylist for awhile now, and I’ve followed her from her previous salon to opening her own salon in Blacksburg. Located in the Colony Park business area on South Main Street, her studio has a cute and comfy waiting room with drinks and magazines, although I have never waited for more than a couple of minutes. Marcia always listens carefully as I describe what I want and her attention to detail is stellar. I really enjoy chatting with her while she cuts my hair; she’s adept at keeping the conversation going while still focusing on the task at hand. Marcia also offers hair products and complimentary trims for your bangs. Looking forward to taking my daughter when she is old enough for a haircut.

Critical: ProfessionalismSo disappointed. Had blonde highlights. Needed root touch up similar to highlights. Told Marcia that was the color I wanted to keep. After shampoo. I looked in mirror exclaimed my hair is dark! I now have brown to dark brown hair all over. I’m in tears. Don’t understand why she chose to ruin my hair color.
