I left work early to get to my first appt with Marcela. When I arrived her door was open with the keys hanging in it but she was no where to be found. I waited in the chairs for 15 minutes before I gave her a call which she did not answer. I could hear her somewhere in the vicinity chatting and laughing with people, recognizing her voice from the phone call. I waited a while longer before I decided to leave and wont be going back. My time is very valuable to me and if yours is too I would look elsewhere.

She was nice but unfortunately I’m not happy with how the waxing turned out. The wax was very hot, she was very aggressive (went over the same spot multiple times), didn’t keep my skin taut, and didn’t wear gloves. I’m on day 3 now of recovering and my skin is still swollen, red, bruised, and scabbed. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was my personal experience.

We waited patiently for a total of 40 minutes outside of her door after calling her to alert her that we had arrived for our appointment. She advised that she was just finishing up with another client. After 40 min of waiting we watched as another woman who also worked in the building stopped by to knock on the door and ask Marecla if she was leaving soon. Marecla opened the door and advised the woman that she had another client to do and would be leaving after. When we saw her we took the opportunity to ask how much longer she thought she would be. Instead of answering she closed the door in our face without saying a thing. So we left… she called us about 5 minutes later and we did not answer.
