First time at this establishment. I was greeted by this wonderful person Anna! Anna was so nice and polite. I was immediately impressed with her kindness and open arms that made me feel so relaxed! She gave me the best massage ever! I have never felt so taken care of! I recommend to anyone and everyone to visit Maple spa and ask for her! I feel incredible!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis place is the worst. This woman working there took hold of two bars on the ceiling and WALKED on my body. Even if this is allowed, i have two softball sized bruises on a place i cant show, and another good sized bruise on my arm. And the communication is another thing. I was saying ouch because obviously it hurt, and they did understand yet continued and said “its good for you”. I dont think these massive bruises would be considered good for me. I have been looking for a massage therapist in this town all summer long. I left messages at 3 different spas. Called, emailed & even went to one place and left a note. No one returned my emails, calls or the handwritten note! Guess they don’t need more business. Very unprofessional! I went to Maple spa and had a foot massage with Mia…. best massage I’ve ever had! Going back today for a full body massage! Very respectful extraordinary service! Thank you Mia!

First time to this parlor. Lisa gave me my massage. The place was clean, did not smell, It is small but adequate. I had been having neck and upper back issues. I told her about it and she worked me over good. Stretched out my neck muscles and the rest of her massage was very good. She did not demand a tip and understood what I wanted her to do to help my issue. I will be going back if and when I am back in Ankeny.

This is a great place for a foot and body massage. Although the name of the business says Maple Spa, they are also pretty good with body massage. Getting an hour long body massage, and all that was great.
