Exceptional find! I travel 30 minutes to go to Maple Spa and it’s always worth the drive! Beautifully decorated and super clean environment with outstandingly skilled massage therapists. Most importantly, the manager Eric is an exceptional gentleman, welcoming and fluent in English. I would never go anywhere else because it’s an amazing value too!

BUYER BEWARE! I went to this location after reading glaring reviews. Sadly, I was mistaken by this place. I came in and met with a woman at the front desk. The decor is great! very welcoming but it ends there. I scheduled for a 4:30, no wait, thus far 0 issue. I told her id like the 1 hour (they charge you extra for card – not a problem) but please just do my back, neck and arms… here is where the problem arose. She started by doing a fine job on my back then proceeded to get increasingly hard and deep in areas. I’m not the type of speak up too much in these kinds of situations, as feel rude but I clearly was clinching in pain at some points. She proceeded to go over the same spots and make this experience painful and stressful. I spoke up at one point only to hear that I was too tense…never once acknowledging the fact the I was visibly hurting. After 1 hour – the only communication I got was “do you want 30 more mins”. I declined, then as she left – found my back (by my shoulders) incredibly sore. As if I went to the gym and did back day or was injured. Also, my neck and arms were NEVER done. As I go to the register – I pay the amount due and give her a tip – she disapproves of my tip and proceeded to call me “cheap” and insisted I put more on my card. I told her the massage was painful and I felt did not warrant much more. Plus, you don’t force the amount of tip. I gave more money on my CC and she told me “she keeps the cash I gave plus that” I said absolutely not. At this point I’m flustered and in pain. The opposite of what I came for. They are rude, incompetent and snarky. Will not be returning and will report. Buyer beware.
