I love going here. We always feel so special coming here. They take really good care of you and don’t push unwanted services on you. They take their time and do whatever you like. If something happens to your nails after you leave, you can go back and they will fix for free.

The worst nail shop in Surry Co. From the customer and her nail tech talking trash about nail designs and shapes like I was getting done, them telling me, without hesitation, that I could get the design I showed them, sanding skin off my fingers & painfully pushing my cuticles back very far to the way my nails look now…it was the WORST experience of my life! Do NOT go to this shop! They are TERRIBLE!

Hadn’t visited shop for a few years but thought I’d go back since it’s close to my house. There were new owners. The girl who worked on my nails used dremel tool to take off SNS and scrubed one of my fingers and poked another while trimming dead skin. Both places bled and tech put alcohol on them. When I got home all but one of my fingers had been scrubbed and sore. Had to put neoprene on them. Don’t plan to go back.
