Went for a gel manicure and I truly do not understand how this place has any good reviews. Believe the bad ones!! They cut my cuticles so badly I didn’t stop bleeding during the manicure. The manicurists hands were shaking during my manicure then when the lines were crooked for my French design it was blamed on my nail. I will never be returning

Critical: ValueCame here once and the lady ripped apart my hands with the nail file. I was not going to come back but the nails I got were not bad so I have it another try. This morning I went in and got a full set. Hands down the most painful nail experience I’ve ever had. My nails were on fire and she was very aggressive. Came here once and the lady ripped apart my hands with the nail file. I was not going to come back but the nails I got were not bad so I have it another try. I have gone to Maples for years. It may not be the fanciest place but your nails are done well. The Spa time is relaxing, at least to me. I do recommend you bring ear bugs for listening to your own music from your phone. Everyone wants to hear there favorite music while they relax with out disturbing other people .

Service here is always great. Very friendly, the owners always greets you with a smile and a bottled water. The work they do is also great- and the price is the best! However, I can see wehere they cut corners. The place is kind of dumpy inside.
