I’ve been to several places in Irvine for massages and I have never experienced a massage like the one Wendy gave me. I’m a professional bodybuilder so deep tissue is a must for me. She asked me what my problem areas were and once I told her she knew right away what to do, how much pressure and where to apply it. I also have a sciatica issue on my right leg, she showed extra attention to that and made my night much better. Coco is the best, she has amazing customer service and always makes you feel welcomed even when you schedule last minute appointments.

My current fave massage spa! I’ve had two different ladies do my massage so far and they’re great. I’ve never had a great leg massage before until my first time here. Sounds odd but it’s true. Great pricing, too. I recommend!

I had hurt my back at work and happened to drive by this place as my car was in the shop around the corner. Figured I had some time to kill so lets see if a massage would help my back. I walked in and they had availability for a walk in which was nice since I didn’t make a appointment. As far as comparing to other places I’m the wrong guy to ask, I’ve only had a couple massages in my life. I ended up with Alisa (I believe that is her name), anyways I thought she did a wonderful job and was very nice. About 1/2 way through the massage I realized it was later than I thought and I had to cut my massage short. I apologized and she was very accommodating and said come back again and I will make up the time with you next time. I figure it was wonderful so I did make a second trip a little over a week later when I was in the area again and she followed through and did another amazing massage. I now understand why people enjoy massages and plan on getting more massages from Alisa.

Great prices, good service, very clean, nice place, I’m not an expert on the massage department, but it was really good, I’m a big kinda muscular guy. I hate those places where the gives you a soft touch and they say that’s the hardest.

I had a pregnancy massage and was made comfortable. I was accommodated last minute, the staff was very friendly, and the massage felt wonderful. I was able to easily ask for more pressure and extra pillows, etc. This massage place is great for those who have had experience getting massages because they do not provide instructions or prompts on how to get a massage.

Came in for a relaxing massage, receptionist gave me the worst massage I have ever had. How do you leave a massage hurting in places you didn’t before the massage. The experience has left me questioning her abilities . Lastly when I tried to explain to her my displeasure about such a bad time , she basically told me I’m wrong and that everybody likes her massage. And glared at me through the window as I left. Now I need a real massage appointment to fix her mistakes. If I could give zero stars I would. Almost feel like I was robbed.

I have been regularly coming here for almost a year. Maple is wonderful and always remembers me. There have been mostly good masseuses here. I’ve had 1 or 2 that we’re only OK. You have to tell them your trouble spots is the only complaint I might have. If you’re going on the weekend, ask for Elsa, she’s fantastic. Angelah is one of my favorites during the week. My 5x a week workout schedule produces a lot of adhesions, and massage every week or 2 helps where foam rolling doesn’t. Wonderful massage! Professional and highly recommended!!

Horrible customer service, the first time I tried to call them the operator was whispering so quietly that I could barely even hear her (it was like she was in a hostage situation and didn’t want to alert the gunman that she was on the phone). Thankfully the next day they fit me into a perfect time before my birthday dinner, however after calling to notify them that I would be a few minutes late they told me that the appointment had been cancelled and the best they could do was see me an hour and a half from that time. Unfortunately that won’t work for me because I’ll be with my family by then; I’ve never had a massage before and thought I would give it a try since it was my 25th b-day however this experience left such a bad taste in my mouth I doubt that I’ll ever consider wasting my time and money trying to make something like this work again.
