Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my hair done on 01-14-22 at 9am in the morning and today is 01-15-22 it’s currently 9:21 rn I sent this message to Moe at 8:00 my hair is very dry uneven the spray they used is bad quality my hair was dry it turned white my hair feels very hard and I’m highly upset because this was not worth 100$ even when I texted her there was no response. The least she could have did was asked to fix it I didn’t even want the money back I just wanted her to fix her mistake!! I got my hair done on 01-14-22 at 9am in the morning and today is 01-15-22 it’s currently 9:21 rn I sent this message to Moe at 8:00 my hair is very dry uneven the spray they used is bad quality my hair was dry it turned white my hair feels very hard and I’m highly upset because this was not worth 100$ even when I texted her there was no response. Critical: ProfessionalismI called to make a same day appointment for my niece. Was told to come at 4pm so I thanked the woman I spoke to for taking us. We arrived at 4:11, a woman asked what type of braids we wanted. I told her box braids and she simply said they could not take us. I called to make a same day appointment for my niece. Was told to come at 4pm so I thanked the woman I spoke to for taking us. We arrived at 4:11, a woman asked what type of braids we wanted. I told her box braids and she simply said they could not take us. They’ve done my niece’s hair several times before so I was surprised at her blunt rejection of our appointment. I was scheduled an come back tomorrow at 11 am for Two Long Braids … I arrived to the shop on 5/16 and the owner tells me that they would not service me for my scheduled appointment because they were busy …. Very unprofessional and unexpectable . This business has chairs that are broken and leaning over towels that they use on clients are sour … Mildew on ceiling & to top it off the management doesn’t know how to run & conduct a successful business properly . ..
