Critical: ProfessionalismMake sure whoever you booked your appointment with is there. First time customer by referral. Made a 5pm appointment today with Abdul on line and my appointment was confirmed by email. Get there like 15 minutes early and let them know i have appointment and they let me know Abdul is not there. All i get is we are sorry no offer from some other barber to cut my hair. Go to my car and get call from on line booking receptionist informing me of the same issue. Apparently his afternoon bookings got cancelled but they failed to notify me. Funny thing is after I hang up with receptionist i get text about my appointment getting cancelled. I am a Retail Store Manager and know not to treat customers like this. Will not go to this place again. Figure a place that charges $30 for a haircut would be more professional about notifying customers about cancelling appointments. Like I said before if you make an appointment make sure the barber is there.
