I got my nails done here on January 27, 2023 and received terrible service. My nails were not complete filled in with the white French tip. It look like I bought a set of press-on nails from Walgreens and put them on myself. They then proceeded to charge me an outrageous $32 for a polish change and a cut down. This was a complete ripoff.

I decided to go get my nails done since my wedding was this weekend and a form to relax…when I was getting my nails done the women doing my nails kept being aggressive and throwing my hands, didn’t finish the nails how I told her, I kept quiet the entire time and when I was finished the women doing my nails started to yell to another worker there. I went in on Mother’s Day to get a pedicure with a friend, we paid for the deluxe. My friend didn’t even get a massage or anything when I did. I came home and noticed my toe nails were different sizes, and it has been 6 days and my no chip manicure is chipped on over 4 nails so disappointing Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismGot a non chip acrylic set with blue dipping powder -also to mention ripped me off with not telling me about length costs , designs and/or crystals . About a week & a half later ALMOST HALF my nails fall off on my RIGHT HAND & along with my ACTUAL pinky nail on the SAME RIGHT HAND, while my other hand ( meaning the LEFT hand nails ) , are still waiting to come off. God knows when and how they will look or if my actual nail rips along with it , therefore NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK AND MOST DEFINITELY DONOT RECOMMEND LADIES / GENTLEMAN. VERY upset with this type of service and care( this is UNACCEPTABLE) , VERY Unpleased with the steps they use in NAIL CARE GUIDELINES ( destroying and ripping off my pinky nail off , and I DEFINETLY won’t be comming back . CANNOT wait to see how my left hand (other) will turn out once those nails come off . Horrible experience I was there today the woman doing my nails had a baseball cap on, and stationed at the very end. I have been going there for a long time. Today out of all was disappointing she kept pulling my arm aggressively , cutting my cuticles , and moved my stuff to the next station and just threw it there so someone else could sit. I personally think she could’ve asked if she could move my things after her treatment. I have ALWAYS tipped here even when the manager in a red suit I believe rung me out she was shocked I wasn’t tipping because she knows I do. I paid and left definitely going to rethink coming here next time.

I never review anything. But this was not a great experience. I had an interview for the next day and needed my nails done. I had thicker bumper nails walking out that were not painted correctly, they were also very cloudy under the nails with streaks. Thought okay whatever I’ll deal. They were supposed to be French tip. The next day after my interview I noticed my tips were turning brown. Upset that my interviewer might have seen it I went back. She said my nails were dirty and tried to clean them in front of everyone. They were not. She noticed the brown spots were not coming off and saying she would fix them. I asked for a refund and she said the payment was already processed. They overcharged me. 57 for short French tip that turned brown.
