What a waste of time. I made an appoitment for 10am and they weren’t open when I arrived. I waited 5 minutes before assuming the place bad permanently closed. The second i leave the parking structure I paid to park in I look over and they are opening the doors at 10:15. When I called they didn’t offer to pay for my parking or anything. Simply unprofessional.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIve been coming here for a while now. I used to go to the location in Echo Park and now that they have the DTLA location I don’t have to drive as far. I always get my haircut done by Grace. She is very meticulous and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. The layout is nice and reminiscent of an old school barbershop. Ive been coming here for a while now. I used to go to the location in Echo Park and now that they have the DTLA location I don’t have to drive as far. I always get my haircut done by Grace. She is very meticulous and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. The layout is nice and reminiscent of an old school barbershop. I highly recommend this place.
