This was my first time coming here & I feel satisfied 🙂 the salon is nice & clean. The nail tech is very professional & friendly. I’m glad that they have coupons if you purchase over $30-45. I’ll definitely coming back again! 🙂

With complete understanding- this location speaks zero English. Which is fine with the exception that when you are showing a picture of exactly what you want and they still do not understand. Massages received are nice but last time I went they used tips that were too narrow for my actual nail and no matter how many times I requested shorter, I still left with long long nails because of the language barrier issue. I asked for a glitter top coat-had to say never mind because no one could understand. Which again- I understand and it is okay-but if a service is being provided I suggest having at least one person who can interpret. Also my friend got passed to 3 different people. She got a gel manicure, and ended up with short nails because they didn’t understand that someone already trimmed her nails when she tried telling them. Nice place- just huge communication barrier makes it very very t difficult

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually go somewhere else, but today i decided to try this place out. This was by far the best pedicure experience ever! Mickey was fantastic! So polite, accommodating, and gives one heck of a massage. I did the pedicure with the 15 min massage ( money well spent) and had the polish changed on my nails. So polite, accommodating, and gives one heck of a massage. I did the pedicure with the 15 min massage ( money well spent) and had the polish changed on my nails. i went in and the guy was very rough and my skin around my cuticle started bleeding but he didn’t say sorry or anything about it! he kept going over it with both the manual and electric filler. he was ver slow and my nails are very thick and he left a ton of gaps and just a very bad job. First of all,it’s difficult to communicate with them as they can hardly speak in English.I went to get a spa pedicure done paying extra for callous removal but an old man who started to do the service ,didn’t want to scrub and remove all the callous thoroughly and when I requested him to scrub a little more ,he eventually got grumpy and started to show attitude so with so many other nail salon competitors in this area ,definitely not going back over there again!
