I went in today July 11th and was extremely dissatisfied with the service. My cuticles were left in worse shape than when I came in, there is paint all over my figures, the shaping is extremely poor and there are several white spots where the paint didn’t get to. Evidently rushed and I will not be going there again.

The manicure and pedicure were awful. Super rushed the whole time. While she was doing my pedicure she scrubbed my toes so hard that skin came off two of them and I showed her and she acted like my feet were just sensitive. I have had plenty of pedicures in my 27 years of life and NEVER has that happened. She did not care to make it right either. My cuticles were left in worse shape than when I came in. I left and 10 minutes later with gel polish on I had paint chip on one of my nails so I had to go back in. Poor quality. Way too overpriced for what you get.

Worst gel I’ve ever gotten. Ruined my nails! I have had many gel manicures but this one was glued onto my nails so that it would not come off. I am not sure what they put in the polish but took my regular manicure spot forever to take off. They also upsold me on the more expensive pedicure that ended up being the same as normal pedi but more expensive. Do not get a gel here!

The mani was awful. Rushed and made my fingers bleed a lot. Then, the nails were uneven because she was so aggressive and it was very painful. Love the pedicure lady. Disappointed to pay so much money to have a bad experience. Nails don’t even look good now afterward . Still super uneven and bad looking. Manicure, Pedicure
