I paid $40 JUST to get this done :)) I had gel nails on and wanted to remove them and get the new nails, but I ended up only getting them removed. They grated my fingers. You see the scar on my middle finger? It was hella bleeding but they didn’t mind whether I feel pain or not I paid an extra $19 just to clip it no nail essence or whatever. Also, the people here are super rude just letting you know.

This was the most unexpected and fabulous experience. The hot lotion glove was so luxurious in itself and then topped off with an upper back rub. Nails lasted the longest I ever have had them last without chipping. Super organized scene. Going back today!

I was going to ask for them to do a simple design (just a simple straight line!) on my nails and when I showed them the photo they said it would cost $20 dollars to do any sort of design. That’s ridiculous- so instead I asked for a simple color change for my toes. It ended up being rushed and the lady who did my nails was not friendly. I will not be coming back.

I received a gift certificate for this place and decided to try it out. My daughter and I booked appointments for manicures and pedicures online the day before. We were both emailed confirmations. When we got to the salon, they only had my daughter. They still took me, but I felt like the service was rushed because they had other customers. We had to wait, but not too long. The girl that did my mani pedi was pleasant, but it is the worst job I’ve ever had. It was rushed, sloppy, and they weren’t even going to do the paraffin treatment until my daughter said something. Also, the girl did not even scrub my feet to smooth them. That’s a basic part of the pedicure. She also did not get all of the old polish off of my toenails, but did manage to leave it all over my skin. When I spoke to the manager, she said she would take the old polish off of my skin, but I left saying that I would need a whole new pedicure to make me happy. I will never go there again. I have pictures, but will have to post them on yelp.

Over priced for the product. I paid $55 for a gel pedicure that the polish was applied really low on the nails so they look grown out! The hit stone massage and back massage are great perks but it doesn’t change the fact that my nails look crappy and I’m in a wedding tmw.

Once I realized what she was doing I asked to switch and they said no. I also asked her to show me what she was doing by finishing just one finger to see if I wanted all of them done the same way, she said “no”. My daughter and I made an appointment for polish changes for her and for pedi/polish change for me. When we got there, there was major confusion about who is getting what and even after 3 different explanations, there was a mix-up. I was given a beginner which I didn’t mind. I tipped her (before she finished) 25% to encourage her and to reward her for trying.
