We had such a great experience at Mani Pedi Land. Clean, thorough and kind. Best dip manicure I’ve ever had by Van (and I’ve had many). Very relaxing with a nice view of the mountains from the chairs. Linda put me to sleep with my foot/leg massage. I am so happy I didn’t read the bad reviews before I came in because it was the complete opposite of my experience.

Nice attention to detail in ambiance and service, with good prices and wide selection of colors for nail art. A pleasant surprise was upon sitting down in your chair, they bring you a lemon&cucumber spa water and some mixed nuts with dried fruit on a stylish silver tray.

Super relaxing they really pay attention to detail & as previously mentioned they make sure it’s the right color,shape& size. Today has a new acrylic nail set done came out really nice will definitely be returning

Update! Again #4, pedi #2 Mani! I live it here. It’s clean, the ladies are very gentle. I have been cut a few times at other places. They have all kind of colors a dip powders. Excellent customer service. They don’t rush, they let you enjoy your time! I will be back!

I would leave a one star! Worst place I’ve ever been too, sat there for almost 3 hours and I got the most basic thing, white nails, I asked them to NOT reshape them and to NOT cut them shorter, they did anyways, never going there again.

Worst service and quality in the area. I have lived in south San Jose for over 20 years and nothing compares to the service I received here. Took my mom for a bday pedicure and was rushed start to finish lasting less than 20 min, leaving her with no base or top coat before we were quickly kicked out of our seats. I proceeded to get my gel removed with a standard manicure. I was left with my fingers soaking in acetone for over 30 minutes even after reminding them twice that I was sitting there with foil on my fingers. I would recommend so many other quality salons in the area like Perfect 10 Nail Salon across the street or Blossom Nail Spa around the corner.

I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience I ever had that it left me shocked and speechless! It was my first time going to the salon since i was recommended by my family. I came in, it wasn’t busy in the afternoon. Everything was going well my pedicure went well and i really enjoyed the experience but then I was placed in the care of a man who didn’t bother to present himself and just asked me to sit downbeat without offering me a drink or water. I asked gel nails to be done since I’ve done my research and know gel is better for nails. While doing my hands he was very rough, and cut me several times!!!!. His job was sloppy as you can see in attached pictures. I looked at my nails and it was horrible!!! My nails were a different shape, very wrong, just UGH!!!! My cutixlea wasn’t cut, my nails looked upward and uneven. I also had powder residues all over my fingers and some acrylic jamming Into my skin because he didn’t bother to file properly. This was my FiRST and last time going there! It’s totally unnaceptable! I’m so disappointed because i was looking forward to it. And hoping to have great nails ! Please don’t do your nails with this man, “Van” which I believe is the manager apologized and told me that it was a misunderstanding because I had to tell him to make my nails upward or downward? So unacceptable and I believe there should be employee’s who actually know what they’re doing. ALSO, price is over the top.

Really wanted to like this place. My friend and I went there and we both got the deluxe. “Kim'”asked if I wanted a callous scrub for $5 more and I originally said yes, but at the end, because we were both finished at the same time, told her no because I didn’t want to keep my friend waiting. Next day i was charged for it and when I went back to get my $5 I was told to come back tomorrow, which I did. I was given the run-around. I said “look at my heels, does it look like I got a scrub???” They said they would give me a credit…NO THANKS. I won’t be back, BAD BUSINESS.
