I had an appointment but didn’t get started until an hour after my appointment time. Another lady left because they couldn’t get to her before she had to be somewhere else. The lady next to me was just getting started when I walked in and her appointment was an hour before mine. People were nice but not overly friendly.

They were not done well enough so that they were down at the cuticle. In 2-3 weeks I needed to have them done again.
