This nail salon is very professionally ran. Highly recommend making an appointment. Their technicians are very friendly and work efficiently. The inside of the salon is also very beautiful and clean. Many services to chose from when you are there. The staff is very helpful to offer different services and explain them. It was awesome to hear guests greeted by name when they arrived they are definitely connected within the community.

Critical: QualityAre used them once before and I thought that they did really good. The second time going back I felt rushed and I felt like the gentleman doing my nails did not really paying any attention to what he was doing. A lot of my nails do not go down to my cuticle a lot of them are sticking upwards and not covering my full nail. My feet look fine and I will include pictures of what I’m talking about. Are used them once before and I thought that they did really good. The second time going back I felt rushed and I felt like the gentleman doing my nails did not really paying any attention to what he was doing. Recently they have really been awful. I went in July and never got anything done even after scheduling an appointment online as I sometimes did. Data there for 45 minutes and they ignored me. So I used to give great reviews and tipped better than most and they treated me this way. I also noticed the past 2 prior times my nails were not done as well as they must and should be. Kind of sloppy. The pedicure I had was not relaxing. It’s not good when a scrub brush is used on you like someone is scrubbing a dirty oven or grill. It hurt. So they used to be great during the pandemic and went down hill. Looks like others not happy either. Btw, after45 minutes of sitting there I got up and told them I’m leaving and this was an awful way to treat a customer who has been there for 2.5 years. Never went back.

I have been a customer for over 2 years. Yi and Kevin are great. But Dave(main person in charge) is rude and always rushing everyone. He even tried to rush my appointment for my wedding nails for which I booked extra time for. Seriously? And today I walk in to be placed with a random person when I am always serviced by the same 2 people since I have been going there.I booked online and left a note in the comments and usually someone calls if they aren’t available. No one did. Dave insisted and which I showed my call log of ZERO MISSED CALLS. The new receptionist insisted she called me 2 weeks ago, funny thing is I booked the appointment a day prior. I will not be back. The atmosphere has changed. My dip and nails have been constantly breaking in 2 weeks vs 3-4. The work has gone downhill. I would not recommend ….

I scheduled a week in advance and requested a certain person when I got there the person I requested was off and they gave me someone else. That person did not speak English I showed him a picture of what I wanted which was nail art with color only on one fourth of the nail. He did my entire nail it wasn’t till a other person heard me complaining that he knew I was unhappy. I just went with a solid color. I used to go to that salon even introduced my friend to the salon and I traveled 40 minutes. Will never go back.

A very durable manicure! I had an ombre dip mani done on Halloween and soaked the remainder of it off at the end of the first week of December, the night before my next appointment. It grew out as expected, without one chip, crack, or separation. I have a physical job that really isn’t mani friendly and I don’t baby my nails outside of work. Kevin does fantastic work and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work.
