Today was my first time and I will not be going back. First of all no liners in the tubs. Not one person were gloves and the person that was with me left multiple times touched other costumers feet and came back to me without once washing between any of us. I was very uncomfortable but in the middle of my pedi so I let her continue. Then the mani itself. It’s horrible spent a minute cleaning around my toenails and just a few to clean my heals. The whole focus was the massage part. I tried to say something and she wasn’t happy with me. The nail polish looks lumpy and doesn’t cover my whole nail.

These are nice folks who do a great job for less because they add things like a neck massage with hot stones that is complimentary while your nailsare drying. The shop is clean; the operators pleasant and willing to do as you ask. I have been going for several years and have not been disappointed.

6/22, another visit. Always a relaxing unrushed experience with great results. My feet always feel 1000x better after spending an hour here on the Emperor pedicure. Staff is very nice. All set for vacation now.

OMG Wow.What a treat.I just moved to the area a month ago.Found it on Google. I was treated like a queen. Very clean very friendly. What personal service!! Clay mask on my legs. Ten minute massage on my legs. Paraffin wax. Not to mention neck wrap while I got a hot stone massage on my feet & legs. Best of all while my toes were drying; she rubbed my neck & shoulders with a hot stone. Best experience ever. They have a customer for life.

Just had a pedi here and it was bliss. It’s so relaxing here, with calm music and atmosphere. They did an 8 minute hot stone foot massage as part of the regular pedi AND did some hot stone work on my shoulders while my toes were drying. Also they provided me with a heated, beany neck thing which was great. Toes look awesome and it was overall a great experience especially for $30!

i went thursday with my friend for the first time, and i got a gel manicure. today, 3 nails came right off, and after a shower, every nail peeled right off! so angry!! the place is great, everyone is friendly and they give nice massages, but gel manicure is horrible and i have to find somewhere else to go. So disappointed!

BEWARE ESTER! This was hands down the worst experience of getting my nails done. First of all, the color I picked was NOT the color I received and they refused to acknowledge this fact stating I was mistaken. Then, not only was Ester rude during the entire TWO HOUR experience of getting a mediocre gel manicure, but she was extremely aggressive! She continually jerked my hand in the direction of her choice but in addition mustered snide comments under her breath while shoving the metal tools into my cuticle. At the end of this horrid experience I received a massage that literally made me cringe. This so called massage hurt so bad that tears were coming to my eyes, in which I asked her to stop. This woman did not even bother to listen to me and continued. At the end of this experience I was left with a gel manicure that only lasted a day and a half and red marks on my collarbones that lasted even longer than my nails
