Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent there and gave a picture of what I wanted, she said she could do it but she didn’t I got the absolute opposite. My mom went in later on since she went there for so many years before she had a picture of the highlights she wanted, one picture had highlights and the girls hair was cut super short and my mom said she liked that cut FOR THE GIRL. Then the highlights came out bad and she cut her hair as short as the girls in the photo and my mom had never been so ashamed of her hair. She can never answer the phone or the text at all. Excellent hair cut and service. Very friendly. Jennifer did a great job, very detail orientated. A little more expensive, than other places but with the color, the cut, the style and the service….it’s well worth the little bit extra. I’ll be going back on a regular basis.
