Had dip removed and new French dip applied. After one day had two nails crack. They graciously fixed them when I returned. But now 9 days into a manicure and they all almost have cracks and breaks. I have had many sets of acrylics, builder gels, and for the last year or so dip manicures (from various salons as I travel for work) but I haven’t ever had an application last such a short amount of time.

This is the best nail salon in Manhattan – and I’ve been to about all of them probably. I’ve been going here for years. It’s super clean, the people that work there so all so nice and they treat all of their customers really well. It’s a fair price and they do a terrific job. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I went to get an acrylic overlay on my natural nails with gel polish. The outcome was unsatisfactory my nails are uneven and they chipped within 3 days. For the amount I paid I expected service. One last thing when I asked the price the nail tech started speaking back and forth to the other tech in another language before I got the quote. Would have been appreciated if it was stated in the English language for my understanding.

Honestly, I read all the reviews after I made my appointment and I was a little worried. I shouldn’t have been! This experience was AWESOME. I have been to soooo many other nail salons in Manhattan and this little hidden hole in the wall is top notch! Very clean environment, happy people, more than happy to stay a little late and finish up my party’s mani/pedis. My acrylic set is absolutely gorgeous and my feet feel so good! 110% recommend.

This place is a gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and inviting nature of this salon. The pedicure chairs all have massage capabilities and their spa pedicure service includes a wonderful massage and cooling lotion. They also offer water and different types of cappuccinos during your visit. The service is top notch and they work with you to achieve the vision you want. Lastly, the little thank you/seasonal gifts are always a nice touch to your salon visit. Hands down my favorite salon in Manhattan!

From my wife- Highly disappointed in my pedicure from today. Did they get me in on my appointment time, yes. We’re they professional and nice, yes. But the finished product is TERRIBLE! Sloppy job done all around. From them shaving off the gel from the previous pedi to cleaning up my feet, I could do better at home. It was def not worth the price and I would not recommend or go back.

They were gracious to take me 30 mins before closing and spent quality time on my pedicure. Seeing I was there after closing, they were all cleaning up and sanitizing everywhere. I didn’t get any manicure but the ladies before looked very pleased with their nail services. This will definitely be my to go spot while I am here. Pedicure
