I am new to the area and this place came recommended. Sadly I don’t plan to return. The pedicure by TO was good and thorough. My toes looked great and is the reason this has two stars. The gel manicure with Lewis was awful. It was rushed and poorly executed. The water in the bowl was cold and my fingers were in maybe 10 seconds before he started cutting my cuticles. The end result was incredibly uneven splotchy nails because of a poor topcoat that I didn’t realize until I had already left. I was in and out in less than an hour and the majority of that was for the pedicure.

DON’T go here! What an awful experience.. I stopped by after work for a gel manicure, didn’t mind that I had to wait, but I waited forever & the end result was awful. I was handed an old, worn out example board with few colors. When I finally got to the nail tech I showed him what I wanted. He said sorry these are the only colors we have but I can do it… he was not very friendly or accommodating at all. I know they have more colors & glitters as I got a pedicure there a few weeks ago where I was given many more gel options. He didn’t offer to show me any more or find something comparable to my picture because he was rushing the whole time. The end result was NOTHING at all like what I wanted. Since I had been there so long already I just wanted to leave. I will get it fixed somewhere else since he did such an awful job. I will definitely never be going back. Don’t waste your money here! So not worth it. Pics for reference: the shorter nails are mine & the pic with longer nails is what I showed him I wanted…terrible!!!

Absolutely horrible. Tried to tell them the problem and they acted like they didn’t see what I was talking about. My nails ate ruined for the next few months until they grow back. They are uneven. He shaved down so much of my nail on one side of my nails that they will break now.

I’ve been going to this nail bar for almost 2 years and today had to be the worse. I went in for my bi-weekly pedicure and I usually get #2 which is $47.00 and that’s without gel (an additional $15). There were 3 people in there counting me. The guy came out and literally dipped my feet in the water and immediately got to work. I DID NOT recieve the treatment I was expecting. He half cleaned, scraped, and painted my toes. He then said he could do my manicure and you guess it, it was AWEFUL. I had two other workers beg me to fix it, yet still charged me the full $17. I never got a buff, my nails we jagged, and look worse than before. They also charged me an additional $5 for not putting the gel back on my toes. All concerns were brought up to whomever was in charge and I recieved a $5 discount, which brought my total to $79. Remind you this was with both my big toes messed up (because he didnt move the spacers) and 3 nails that were jagged. I have to say Manhattan has truly lost its stability, and welcoming satisfactory with me. I will not be back.

I’ve been here several times. Had pedicures, manicures, and brows done. Chris does a great job! The staff has always been nice and accommodating. I always make appointments for my special salon days since I get pampered! The woman that does my brows has waxed and trimmed them beautifully. I’ve enjoyed my experiences there.

Sonny is who did my pedicure And it was amazing job, well performed he was very professional. Michael did my acrylic nails with powdered dip his job also was very amazing. I am very well satisfied with my pedicure and my nails that was done you couldn’t have asked for anything better they are just super amazing. The atmosphere was very friendly, the cleanliness was very good.

EVERYTIME i go here they mess up my nails and i don’t think i’ve ever left happy. today i went in to get dip for the first time for my beach trip, MIND YOU IVE NEVER GOTTEN DIP. i ask for BLACK FRENCH TIPS. i even heard the receptionist tell the man who did my nails that i was getting BLACK FRENCH TIPS, and saw him nod his head. so i sit down and i let him do his thing assuming it would be what i asked for. i watch him do my nails black and figure he’ll clean them up to create the french tips bc like i said IVE NEVER GOTTEN DIP. so i don’t know how it works. he ends up finishing my nails and leaving them completely black and then when i walk over to my sister and say “idk why he left my nails completely black i heard the girl tell him french tips” the lady doing my sisters nails decides to say “well why didn’t you say something when you saw him dip ur whole nail in black?”. UM BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS LIKE I SAID SO I WAS JUST LETTING HIM DO HIS THING. so i ended up paying 50 dollars for plain black nails that i could’ve painted myself. def not coming back and not to mention they’re all rude lol

My nails were very complicated to explain but in the end T.O did excellent on them. He’s the one person I trust there to do cool designs and them to look good they were only $77. Which that’s really good if u good see them Nail art, Manicure, Acrylic nails
