I’d been considering laser hair removal for years but was extremely apprehensive having heard about people’s varied experiences with the procedure. After consulting with Manhattan Laser Spa almost a year ago, I regret ever having listened to anyone. I researched multiple places and remember calling MLS whose receptionist was so kind and patient, giving me a full run-down of the areas they take care of and their very fair prices. They also always have deals throughout the year which I’ve taken advantage of more than once.

The results of my laser hair removal at Manhattan Laser Spa were beyond expectations in terms of the results. Prior to my laser hair removal treatment I had to groom unwanted hair twice monthly. After two sessions, the hair stopped growing back, and, the remaining sessions were used to maintain results and to achieve consistency. Moreover, the staff is professional, clean, and, just as importantly, made me comfortable during sessions. I actually intend to continue periodic maintenance, as, needed, and, happily recommend the establishment.

I have bought a full body laser package in 2018. I was so happy with the result and staff. They have a beautiful sitting area and the wait time to start my laser was very short. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful in explains how packages worked and scheduling appointments. I appreciate reciting reminder txt of my apt because of my very busy schedule. Lisa even advised me on trying new treatments that would improve the texture of my skin. Jade, my Esthetician performed secret RF. She is fantastic, she explained the process step by step before and while she was treating me. Jade made me very comfortable through out the process. I love that she answered all my questions and advised on what I should do with my skin to keep it glowing.

I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions on a large area and used 4 of them but then got pregnant. I obviously couldn’t continue my sessions and asked if my account could be frozen, they told me it was not a problem and would freeze it till after I had the baby. After I had the baby I called to see if I can make an appt and they told me to get clearance from my doctor first, so I did. About a month later I called to make an appt and they told me that I only had 1 session left because apparently they charged me for the 5th session since I canceled that appointment (this was never communicated to me when I canceled) and that the 6th session was expired since I didn’t use it and they never froze my account. The woman I spoke to said there were no notes about me calling to freeze it. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and apparently the only way to speak to a manager is by emailing. I would never come back here. They also don’t do a great job with their laser service. I went to Vilena Spa instead and Elena was amazing and communicated everything to me from what I should and shouldn’t do between sessions and she was determined to get all the hair out in the 6 sessions, whereas Manhattan Laser Spa claimed it may take 9 sessions or more.

Worst service ever !!!!!!!! I booked 6 sessions which are supposed to be 15 minutes each. Each session lasted about 1-3 minutes and THEN told me i need to come back for another 6 sessions. ( they do a very bad job on purpose i assume so you can purchase more)
