Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhere to start… my husband and I went to get a couples DEEP TISSUE 90 minute massage for our anniversary. The therapist we had clearly need to go back to school because it wasn’t even CLOSE to a deep tissue.The manager then credited us with a 60 minute deep tissue with 2 other therapists.And they were great! So we rescheduled with them and we were going to start going once a month.After our second massage with those therapists, when it came to pay, they asked if I wanted to add gratuity. I did, but they decided to double the amount for themselves because that’s what they “thought” I meant After noticing I called and left a message asking for the amount I didn’t authorize to be refunded. I was told they couldn’t refund a specific amount and that it was an “accident.” BUT WAIT, previously I was told they thought I meant to double the amount for each therapist…? Confusing…(Side Note- I didn’t get to input the tip myself and I never signed anything. They don’t print receipts either, just email)After a bunch of he said/she said back and forth, arguing with me for a 7 MINUTE phone call she finally agreed to mail me a check for the difference.Don’t waste your time here.To her response- I was able to pick my own gratuity and sign on my very first appointment which was on 9/12/20…Where to start… my husband and I went to get a couples DEEP TISSUE 90 minute massage for our anniversary.
