I agree with the last user…..went here for an eyebrow wax and definately didn’t feel welcome. The girl at the “counter” just sat there until I went up to her……tried to support my community instead of going into Hair Cuttery or Cost Cutters in Joliet when I’m there…..ended up spending more and being less satisfied
